Jakarta is also running several healthcare programs namely Pasukan Putih, JakAmbulance, and JakCare that cover both physicals and mental health.

"We prioritize the lower class community for the programs services. Disparity is one of the main problems in Jakarta which is increasingly felt expecially after the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.

Pramono explained that Jakarta Provincial Government through the Health Agency has developed Smart Posyandu, a recording and reporting system that has been integrated with the JakAntro platform. It aims to strengthen maternal and child health services. Pramono assessed it is important to improve the government-owned hospitals to compete with private hospitals.

"We need to build international standard management, not international hospital," he explained.

Pramono added that Jakarta Provincial Government is targeting to make Jakarta a global city and place it in the top 50 global cities in 2029.

"We will try it as hard as possible to realize the dream," he continued.

Meanwhile, Health Vice Minister, Dante Saksono Harbuwono also emphasized the importance of the family's role in strengthening maternal and child health services. He stated that a mother is the main and central force to maintain family health and harmony.

"Mothers are the main force in ensuring family health. It is our responsibility to solve maternal and child health issues," he stated.
